TROPICANA offers its services under the General Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policies or variations described below, which have sufficient advertising TROPICANA considered to have been expressly accepted by the customer to make payment of certain service. General Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policies or variations may be modified at any time without prior notice to the customer. 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

  • Payment of service: The customer will pay the service using a credit card authorized on the site. The site operates with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro

  • Data Register: The information you provide will be forwarded client via a secure connection so that the site guarantees the confidentiality required. The information will not be stored and will only be used for the implementation of the reservation and payment of the service, including special offers and new services.   • Limitation on Liability: TROPICANA limits its liability for the points corresponding to others assume that market their services as the current contracts.

CANCELLATION POLICIES OR CHANGES

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the service date, will be penalized with 15% of the purchased offer.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the service date, will be penalized with 25% of the purchased offer.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date, will be penalized with 70% of the purchased offer.

  • In the case of no-shows will be deducted 100% of the purchased offer.

  • Reservations and cancellations made outside the previously established terms (last minute reservations), will be penalized with 10% of the purchased offer.
  • In those cases where the need to move Hall Show "Arcos de Cristal" by weather conditions or other force majeure, provided that the reserved capacity and so allow Hall, TROPICANA shall, as compensation to the customer for the inconvenience to compensate the customer with a Cuban cocktail (which will be served as well as complimentary drink offer its share).

  • When justified reasons (fortuitous event or force majeure) was necessary to suspend the show before the first 30 minutes have elapsed thereof, it shall compensation for the full value of the Offer.

  • If the suspension occurs when more than 30 minutes have elapsed, but less than 60, proceed compensation for 40% of the total value of the Offer.

  • If the suspension occurs after 60 minutes of the show started not proceed any compensation.


To request a cancellation or change in booked and paid service, the customer will have two options:

1. If you are a registered user, you can do so through the management of My Reservations.

2. Send the request to comercial@tropicana.payresline.com from the email address registered on the reservation. In the message the customer must inform the reservation code to be canceled and the reason for cancellation or variation.

  • Purchase: The client must properly select the service and the desired modality before making the payment, since after it has been made, it is subject to the Cancellation or Variation Policies.
  • Prices: The prices of the services and their modalities are presented in the amounts and in the currency expressly referred to. Returns will be made in the same amounts and currency, according to the Cancellation or Variation Policies.
  • Customer service and claims: Any doubt, concern, suggestion or claim regarding the services and their modalities, will be attended by the administration of TROPICANA through the corporate email address that is presented on the site, or by telephone communication to the numbers that are credited to it.
  • Limitation of Liability: TROPICANA limits its liability in those aspects that correspond to third parties that market their services, according to current contracts.
  • Right of No Admission: entry to Tropicana in shorts, T-shirt or flip-flops is not allowed (dress code) and the collection of products by minors under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
  • The pick-up will be at the Tropicana Cabaret (Rodney or Licorera Restaurant as appropriate) from 1:00 pm and until 4:00 pm. You must present the proof of the reservation (printed or digital) and the identification document of who corresponds to the reservation. For hygienic-sanitary measures, you must bring containers to take the food.
  • Current Legislation: The General Terms and Conditions of Contract, and the Cancellation or Variation Policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cuba, so that any difficulty or controversy in their interpretation, or that derives from the use of the site, It will be followed according to what is established in the Cuban regulations in force.

 

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION POLICIES

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the date of the service will be penalized with 10% of the amount of the purchased offer.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours and the non-presentation for the collection of your purchase, will be penalized with 100% of the amount of the purchased offer.
  • When for justified reasons (fortuitous event or force majeure) it is not possible for the entity to deliver the paid products, compensation for the total value of the Offer will proceed.

To request a cancellation or variation in the reserved and paid service, the client will have two options:
